§ 01 — Brief

Cycle Limited is a US marketplace for trading sports bicycles. We built the platform — submission, assessment, and the transaction around them — and the business automation that operates it.

§ 02 — The crux

A trading system is only as good as its assessment. You cannot trade what you cannot price, and a used sports bicycle resists a simple price: condition, componentry, and provenance all move the number. Assessment is not a feature of the platform; it is the platform. Submission funnels into it; settlement flows out of it.

§ 03 — What we built

The submission-to-assessment pipeline, and the business automation that turns each accepted bike into a tradeable listing without a person touching every step. The rigour is in the workflow: consistent assessment, auditable state, and no manual bottleneck between a bike arriving and a bike being tradeable.

§ 04 — Result

The platform runs the trade end to end.
